D.K.Carey is a 200 hr Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher. With experience in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Yin Yoga, D.K.Carey believes the Yoga we build is about the inner journey, not the external physical condition. Being the greatest gymnast in the world means nothing, if you cannot put the principles of Yoga to work in your daily life. Yoga doesn't belong to the "fitness nut", but to everyone, the average everyday person where it can make a real impact on your everyday life. Bringing breath, mindfulness, and stillness to our bodies, we can start to make changes that radiate out in our lives.
